Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
Research and identify potential clients, including construction companies, architects, engineering consultants, contractors, and developers.
Utilize LinkedIn, online databases, industry directories, and other prospecting tools to generate qualified leads.
Identify projects and organizations that may require BIM services such as BIM modeling, clash detection, shop drawings, and coordination services.
Maintain and update lead databases and CRM records.
Cold Calling & Client Outreach
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective clients.
Introduce the company's BIM solutions and service offerings.
Qualify prospects by understanding their project requirements and BIM needs.
Schedule meetings and presentations with decision-makers.
Client Meetings & Service Presentations
Present the company's BIM capabilities, portfolio, and successful project experiences.
Explain service offerings including BIM modeling, clash detection, shop drawings, coordination, and related engineering services.
Gather client requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams to develop suitable solutions.
Build strong relationships with prospective clients and stakeholders.
Proposal Management
Collaborate with technical and estimation teams to prepare customized proposals and cost estimates.
Ensure timely submission of proposals and supporting documentation.
Address client queries and provide clarifications during the proposal evaluation process.
Follow-up & Business Closure
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
Negotiate commercial terms and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Track opportunities through the sales pipeline and work toward successful deal closure.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Account Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for repeat business and additional service offerings.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth project execution and client communication.
Gather client feedback and contribute to continuous service improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition, preferably in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) industry.
Understanding of BIM services and construction workflows is preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and lead generation platforms is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
