We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our ERP software solutions in domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience in international marketing, and a strong understanding of logistics business processes. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about software sales, business development, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, digital marketing, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct online and in-person product demonstrations of Whizsoft ERP solutions.
- Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable ERP solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with the implementation and technical support teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers.
- Achieve sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA in Logistics, Marketing, or Business Administration is preferred.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and business processes is highly desirable.
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in ERP software sales,sales or business development.
- Experience in international marketing and overseas client handling is highly preferred.
- Experience in the shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate professionally with international clients.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of ERP software and logistics business processes.
- Ability to identify customer requirements and provide appropriate software solutions.
- Strong customer relationship management and business development skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM software, and virtual meeting platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, exhibitions, and business development activities when required.
