Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.
- Independently handle GST returns, audits, and finalization of accounts.
- Oversee inventory accounting and reconciliation.
- Prepare and file quarterly TDS returns.
- Generate and present monthly MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and tax regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal departments.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Software Proficiency: Expert in Tally with strong knowledge of MS Excel.
- Accounting Knowledge: Strong expertise in GST, TDS, audits, finalization of accounts, and statutory compliance.
- Inventory Management: Proficient in inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.
- Reporting Skills: Experience in preparing accurate monthly MIS reports and financial analysis.
- Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance.
- Industry Preference: Candidates from the jewellery industry with manufacturing accounting experience will be preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, problem-solving, and effective communication skills.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
