HR Executive – Hospitality Industry Preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for hotel departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B Service, Kitchen, Sales, and Engineering.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation, induction, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR MIS.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure accuracy in attendance and leave records.
- Handle employee engagement activities and support a positive workplace culture.
- Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate training programs and performance appraisal processes.
- Work closely with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of HR experience (Hotel/Hospitality industry preferred).
- Good understanding of recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
