Job Summary
The Credit Control Manager is responsible for managing the organization's credit policies, monitoring customer accounts, minimizing bad debts, ensuring timely collection of receivables, and maintaining healthy cash flow. The role involves evaluating customer creditworthiness, controlling credit risks, and leading the credit control team.
Key Responsibilities
Credit Management
- Develop and implement credit control policies and procedures.
- Daily Coordination with parties for collection of Payment.
- Assess and approve customer credit limits based on financial analysis and risk assessment.
- Review and monitor customer creditworthiness periodically.
- Ensure compliance with company credit policies and regulatory requirements.
- Must have Knowledge of CHA Company.
Accounts Receivable Management
- Monitor outstanding receivables and aging reports.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve payment disputes.
- Reduce overdue balances and minimize bad debt exposure.
Risk Assessment & Control
- Conduct credit risk analysis for new and existing customers.
- Recommend appropriate credit terms and conditions.
- Identify high-risk accounts and implement mitigation measures.
- Coordinate legal action or debt recovery processes when necessary.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare monthly credit control and collection reports.
- Analyze debtor trends, collection efficiency, and risk exposure.
- Present recommendations to senior management for process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer accounts.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams regarding credit-related matters.
- Communicate with customers to resolve payment issues and negotiate payment plans.
- Support audits and provide required financial information.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of credit management and collections.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
