Voyage Institute of Technology is a leading Industrial Automation, Marine Automation, MEP, and Technical Skill Development institute dedicated to preparing students for successful careers in India and the GCC. We are looking for a creative, analytical, and result-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in generating quality leads and strengthening our online presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to generate student enquiries and admissions.
- Manage and update the institute's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
- Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with the Graphic Designer and Video Editor to develop marketing creatives.
- Support the management of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other online advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
- Assist in website content updates, SEO activities, and Google Business Profile management.
- Respond to online enquiries and ensure timely follow-up with prospective students.
- Maintain lead data and coordinate with the Admissions Counselling team for lead conversion.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and suggest innovative marketing ideas.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Email Marketing, and Social Media Marketing.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Good understanding of content marketing and lead generation strategies.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Fluent in English and Malayalam.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the Education or Training industry is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Understanding of CRM systems and lead management.
- Knowledge of AI-powered marketing and content creation tools is a plus.
