Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and passionate Assistant Professor – Food & Beverage (F&B) to teach undergraduate and diploma students in Hotel Management. The ideal candidate should possess strong theoretical knowledge and practical expertise in Food & Beverage Service, with the ability to deliver engaging lectures, conduct practical sessions, and mentor students for successful careers in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures and practical sessions in Food & Beverage Service as per the curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Train students in restaurant service, banquet operations, beverage service, bar operations (where applicable), and customer service.
- Supervise practical labs and ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
- Evaluate student performance through tests, practical examinations, presentations, and projects.
- Mentor students for internships, industrial training, placements, and career development.
- Organize workshops, seminars, guest lectures, food festivals, and hospitality events.
- Coordinate industrial visits and maintain industry collaborations.
- Participate in curriculum development, accreditation, and quality assurance activities.
- Conduct research, publish academic papers, and attend faculty development programs.
- Maintain academic records, attendance, and departmental documentation.
- Perform academic and administrative duties assigned by the Head of the Department.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
