- We are hiring Infrastructure OS Engineers L2 level across multiple technology areas including Windows Linux Unix AIX and VMware platforms
- This role is suitable for candidates with hands on expertise in any one infrastructure OS domain with opportunities to work across enterprise scale environments
- Manage and support enterprise infrastructure and OS environments based on assigned specialization
- Handle server provisioning configuration and maintenance
- Perform monitoring troubleshooting and issue resolution for production systems
- Support patching upgrades and system hardening activities
- Ensure system availability performance and security compliance
- Work on incident management problem management and RCA
- Collaborate with cross functional teams for operations and deployment support
- Contribute to automation and standardization of routine tasks
