The day includes identifying the needs of customers, envisioning improved future states or solutions, and conducting thorough research to collect and integrate relevant information. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of business challenges and opportunities is a key part of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate business requirements.
- Document and communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
- Support the development and implementation of business process improvements.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis, Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety Surveillance.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between business units and technical teams.
- Ability to synthesize large volumes of information into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience in mapping current and future state business processes.
- Familiarity with tools and techniques for requirements gathering and documentation.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
