Job Purpose:
· To handle all the production related activities of Roving department (Mechanical)
· To ensure on time delivery of machines
· For creation of packing list as per BOM in SAP
· For maintenance and updating of all the ISO related documents throughout the job role
Responsibilities:
· Developing production plans & schedules and arranging for resources to ensure achievement of predetermined targets.
· Prepare assembly plans for different workstations on daily basis.
· Manpower distribution and management according to production plan.
· Material management and inventory control to optimize maximum available resources to achieve daily targets.
· Monitoring and tracking of shortage and missing parts from arrival in plant to dispatch to maintain On Time Delivery of machines.
· Monitoring various projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, and productivity improvement to ensure timely completion of projects.
· Coordinating with PPC team to prepare dispatch plan considering material availability and productivity status.
· Coordinating with outbound team to ensure correct loading list creation in SAP and smooth dispatch of machines.
· Configure optimum packing list as per BOM for all machines in SAP.
· Managing daily production sheet and daily production loss reports.
· Mapping skill matrix preparation based on operator’s expertise.
· 5S awareness in technician and implementation on shop floor.
Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
