- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to manage telecallers, counselors, and support staff effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client handling and relationship management abilities.
- Experience with lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion management.
- Knowledge of CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Target-driven with a focus on achieving admissions and revenue goals.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of business growth initiatives.
