STEM & AI Trainer (Schools)
Location: Pune
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA (approximately ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month)
Work Mode: In-person
Key Responsibilities
- Teach STEM, AI, Robotics, and Coding to students in Grades 1–10.
- Conduct hands-on, project-based learning sessions.
- Mentor students for exhibitions, competitions, and presentations.
- Manage classrooms and maintain student engagement.
- Coordinate with schools, teachers, and management.
- Track student progress and submit reports.
- Maintain STEM kits, robotics equipment, and learning materials.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Robotics, or a related field.
- Knowledge of STEM education, Coding, AI, or Robotics.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a student-friendly way.
- Teaching, training, or mentoring experience is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Scratch, Python, AI tools, Arduino, or robotics platforms.
- Workshop facilitation and STEM lab experience.
- Project mentoring and creative problem-solving.
