Job Description
We are looking for a skilled PHP & WordPress Developer with strong expertise in Core PHP, WordPress Development, JavaScript, SASS/SCSS scripting, and front-end technologies. The ideal candidate should be capable of developing, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites and web applications while ensuring high performance, security, and responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and WordPress.
- Build custom WordPress themes and plugins based on project requirements.
- Convert UI/UX designs into responsive and user-friendly web pages.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SASS/SCSS.
- Optimize website performance, speed, and security.
- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and compatibility problems.
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers.
- Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and cross-browser compatible.
- Follow coding standards and best practices for development and deployment.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Core PHP.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress Theme & Plugin Development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX.
- Strong knowledge of SASS/SCSS scripting and modern CSS methodologies.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and responsive web design.
- Familiarity with MySQL and database management.
- Experience with Git/GitHub version control.
- Understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of website optimization and SEO best practices.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with WooCommerce customization and development.
- Knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.js or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with web hosting environments, cPanel, and server management.
- Understanding of website security standards and performance optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in PHP and WordPress development.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
