Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Recruiter (Non-IT) to join our team in Camp, Pune. The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a strong focus on hiring for Sales, Marketing, and Digital Marketing roles.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Manage recruitment for Sales, Marketing, and Digital Marketing positions.
Negotiate salary offers and coordinate candidate onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, MBA-HR (Preferred).
2–4 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
Proven experience hiring for Sales, Marketing, and Digital Marketing roles.
Strong knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/ATS.
