Job Summary:
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Samsung mobile store, driving sales performance, ensuring excellent customer service, managing store staff, maintaining inventory, and achieving business targets while ensuring compliance with company policies and Samsung brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the store.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the store team.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue.
- Maintain proper stock levels and coordinate inventory replenishment.
- Ensure accurate stock audits and minimize inventory discrepancies.
- Monitor visual merchandising as per Samsung guidelines.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve escalations professionally.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and compliance standards.
- Coordinate with Area Manager regarding store performance and operational requirements.
- Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and security.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3–6 years of experience in mobile retail sales.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
- Experience in Samsung or other smartphone retail brands is preferred.
