Are you a passionate salesperson with a keen eye for aesthetics and design? We are a growing interior design firm near Irinjalakuda looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team.
In this role, you will act as the bridge between our design team and prospective clients (homeowners, builders, and commercial space owners). You will travel locally to meet clients, understand their project requirements, and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to prospective clients (residential and commercial) near Irinjalakuda and surrounding areas in Thrissur district.
- Client Consultations: Visit site locations to meet clients, pitch our interior design services, and understand their design preferences and budgets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our internal interior designers to present customized design concepts and quotes to clients.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with builders, architects, and existing clients to generate continuous referrals.
- Target Achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets to unlock high-yield commission structures.
- Mandatory Assets: Must own a functional two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license for daily local travel.
- Location: Candidates residing in or very close to Irinjalakuda are preferred for seamless daily operations.
- Communication Skills: Strong command over Malayalam (essential for local client handling) and working knowledge of English.
- Skills: Strong negotiation skills, a confident personality, and basic tech-savviness to handle CRM or customer reporting.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
