Job Description
Horizon Prime Hospital is looking for an experienced and dedicated Phlebotomist to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for blood sample collection, specimen handling, and ensuring quality patient care while adhering to hospital and laboratory protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect blood samples from patients in Wards, ICU, Homecare, and the laboratory using standard phlebotomy procedures.
- Label, handle, and transport specimens accurately and safely.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during sample collection.
- Maintain infection control and safety standards at all times.
- Keep accurate records and documentation of collected samples.
- Coordinate with laboratory and clinical teams for timely processing of specimens.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Phlebotomist in a Hospital or Diagnostic Centre.
- Good knowledge of blood collection techniques and specimen handling.
- Strong communication and patient-handling skills.
- Relevant certification in Phlebotomy or Laboratory Technology will be preferred.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Duty & Shift
- 9 Hours Duty Rotational Shifts: Morning Shift, Evening Shift & Night Shift
