Summary:
Responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring maintenance and repair of diesel generators, ensuring timely service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Assign jobs to technicians and track progress
- Handle customer service requests and follow-ups
- Maintain service records and reports
- Coordinate spare parts availability
- Ensure timely job completion and billing support
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical
- 1–5 years experience (preferably genset/heavy equipment)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic technical knowledge of generators
