Job Summary
Nexora Academy Private Limited is looking for a proactive, organized, and performance-oriented Sales Administrator to support and coordinate the admissions and business development operations of the organization. The candidate will be responsible for managing lead flow, supporting the sales team, maintaining student records, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring smooth execution of admission-related activities.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, coordination, documentation, and reporting skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced academic and training environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain student inquiry data, admission records, and lead databases.
Coordinate with the admissions and sales team for daily follow-ups and lead conversion activities.
Handle inbound and outbound communication related to courses, admissions, training programs, and workshops.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and admission reports for management review.
Support the sales team in scheduling meetings, counselling sessions, and admission procedures.
Maintain proper documentation of student registrations, fee details, and onboarding processes.
Coordinate with academic, operations, marketing, and placement departments for smooth admission execution.
Monitor lead status, follow-up activities, and conversion tracking through CRM or reporting systems.
Assist in organizing seminars, campaigns, webinars, educational events, and promotional activities.
Ensure timely communication with students, parents, corporates, and institutional partners.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling organizational and student data.
Support management in achieving branch admission targets and operational goals.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and maintain proper documentation.
Prior experience in sales coordination, administration, admissions, or customer handling preferred.
Strong follow-up and reporting skills.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Admission handling and student counselling exposure.
Knowledge of EdTech / Training / Academic sector operations.
Basic understanding of sales reporting and lead management systems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
