Job description:
Roles & Responsibilities-
- Executing online data collection projects
- Communicating effectively with the clients & other stakeholders during the project life cycle to ensure timely completion of projects
- Vendors Management & liaising with other internal departments to successfully deliver all assignments
- Meeting project margin requirements along with other sampling metrices
- Ensuring client satisfaction scores are above desired benchmarks
Education:
- Masters/bachelor’s degree
- Open to 24*7 work culture
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Creative problem-solving abilities
Shift: Rotational Shifts (Includes both Day & Night)
Package-
- Package will be 5 CTC P.A
- + Leave Benefits + Gratuity + Mediclaim Insurance.
- Salary-(Rs. 18,000/- will be stipend amount for first six months and then Rs. 5 LPA annual CTC after confirmation)
- *There will be 1.6 year of bond that needs to be signed by the selected candidates.
