We are looking for an experienced and technically competent Senior Site Engineer to supervise and manage construction activities at the project site. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Execute work as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project schedule.
- Coordinate with Project Manager, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved methods and quality standards.
- Review and interpret civil/structural drawings and technical documents.
- Conduct site measurements and verify quantities of completed work.
- Monitor subcontractor and manpower activities at site.
- Plan daily and weekly work activities and ensure timely completion.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
- Prepare daily progress reports, site reports, and work completion records.
- Coordinate material requirements and ensure proper utilization of materials.
- Monitor project progress against the approved schedule.
- Ensure proper implementation of quality control and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with the QA/QC and Safety teams to maintain project standards.
- Check reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, finishing, and other construction activities as applicable.
- Ensure proper documentation of inspections, measurements, and site records.
- Assist in preparation and verification of BOQ, quantity calculations, RA bills, and subcontractor bills.
Pay: ₹18,959.53 - ₹37,707.97 per month
