Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Associate to generate new business opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to the company's growth. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, sales activities, and maintaining long-term business relationships.
Job Description (JD)
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Identify potential clients and present HirePeaks' recruitment and staffing services.
- Schedule meetings with prospective clients and assist in business presentations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to understand and fulfill client hiring requirements.
- Achieve monthly business development targets and maintain accurate sales records.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management abilities.
- Lead generation and business development skills.
- Confidence in cold calling and client interactions.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Shift Timing: 6:15 PM – 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift)
- Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Mon-Fri)
- Work Mode: In‑Office (WFO)
- Location: Vijay Nagar, Indore
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
