Job Description – Lab Assistant- (Edible Oil / FSSAI Lab/ Coconut Oil)
Collect, label, and prepare edible oil samples for testing as per FSSAI standards.
Assist in physical and chemical analysis of edible oils (acid value, iodine value, moisture, etc.).
Operate basic laboratory instruments and ensure proper handling.
Follow laboratory SOPs, safety rules, and hygiene practices.
Maintain cleanliness of the laboratory and testing areas.
Record test results and maintain laboratory registers and documents.
Assist senior analysts during testing, audits, and inspections.
Ensure proper storage of chemicals, reagents, and oil samples.
Support calibration and routine maintenance of laboratory equipment.\
Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations and quality standards.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
