We work across pharma, food & beverage, power, textiles, automotive, and heavy manufacturing.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a Business Development Manager to own and grow our B2B sales pipeline across North India.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Identify and develop new industrial accounts across pharma, F&B, power, and manufacturing sectors
- Manage the full sales cycle — prospecting, site visits, technical discussions, proposals, and order closure
- Coordinate with our engineering team to create accurate, competitive proposals
- Build relationships with plant heads, purchase managers, and project consultants
- Travel regularly across North India for client visits and industry events
- Maintain pipeline and activity records on CRM
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3–10 years in B2B industrial sales — water treatment or related capital goods strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience selling ETP, STP, RO, ZLD, DM plants, or water treatment chemicals to industrial buyers
- Active network among plant managers, purchase heads, and consultants in industrial sectors
- B.E./B.Tech in Chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering preferred
- Self-driven with comfort for regular field travel within North India
COMPENSATION
- Fixed CTC: ₹3–6 LPA
- Incentives: Performance-linked, uncapped above target
- Travel allowance and reimbursements as applicable
