Role Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to generate leads, convert inquiries into projects, and build long-term relationships with customers, architects, interior designers, and corporate clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to understand customer requirements and coordinate with the design team.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Generate new leads through walk-ins, referrals, cold calling, networking, and digital platforms.
- Meet monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Identify opportunities in residential, commercial, and institutional sectors.
- Develop relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits.
Customer Relationship Management
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferences.
- Explain products, materials, finishes, and pricing.
- Coordinate with the design team to prepare proposals and quotations.
- Follow up with prospects and close sales.
- Maintain excellent customer service before and after project completion.
Coordination
- Work closely with designers, production, and project execution teams.
- Ensure timely communication between clients and internal departments.
- Track project progress and keep customers informed.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track leads, quotations, conversions, and payments.
- Assist in preparing sales forecasts.
Required Skills

Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing is an advantage).
- 1–5 years of experience in furniture, interiors, real estate, home improvement, or related sales.
- Freshers with exceptional communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
Preferred Experience
- Interior or modular furniture industry.
- B2C and B2B sales.
- Architect and builder network.
- CRM software experience.

Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹18,000–₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
- Performance Incentives: Attractive commission on sales and target achievement.
