- Front Office operations and guest reception
- Check-in and check-out procedures
- Guest inquiry and complaint handling
- Reservation and booking management
- Hospitality software and database management
- Telephone etiquette and professional communication
- Billing and basic front office documentation
- Customer service excellence and guest experience management
- Daily operational reporting and administrative support
Must be a resident in or around Edapally, Kochi.
Pay: ₹8,936.44 - ₹31,481.54 per month
