Job Summary
SUA FINBANQ is looking for energetic, target-oriented, and customer-focused Telecallers to promote Personal Loan products of leading banks and NBFCs. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, explaining loan products, generating qualified leads, and coordinating applications until disbursement.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain personal loan features, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation.
- Understand customer financial requirements.
- Generate quality leads and convert them into applications.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Maintain daily call records and update CRM.
- Coordinate with sales executives and banks for processing.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
EligibilityEducation
- PUC / Diploma / Graduate (Preferred)
- Freshers can apply.
- Experienced candidates preferred.
Skills Required
- Good communication skills.
- Kannada is mandatory.
- English and Hindi preferred.
- Additional regional languages are an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- MS Excel and CRM knowledge is an added advantage.
- Positive attitude.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
