Billing & Cashier
Job Summary
The Billing & Cashier is responsible for handling customer billing, processing payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring smooth daily cash transactions. The role requires good communication skills, attention to detail, and basic accounting knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate invoices and bills accurately.
- Receive payments via cash, card, UPI, or other payment methods.
- Maintain daily cash balance and prepare cash reports.
- Handle customer queries related to billing and payments.
- Ensure proper recording of all transactions in the system.
- Verify billing details and avoid discrepancies.
- Coordinate with accounts and sales departments when required.
- Maintain records of receipts, refunds, and outstanding payments.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the billing counter/work area.
- Follow company policies and financial procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree / Diploma in Commerce or related field.
- Basic knowledge of billing software and MS Office.
- Good numerical and calculation skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle cash responsibly.
Experience
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
- Previous cashier or billing experience is an added advantage.
Working Conditions
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, or holidays if required.

- Salary based on experience and company standards.

- Accounts Manager / Store Manager / Front Office Manager
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
