Job Title: Store Executive / Store In-ChargeJob Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Executive to manage our store operations, inventory, and documentation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally ERP, inventory management, purchase and sales documentation, and material handling. The candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining accurate records while ensuring smooth store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and maintain inventory records.
- Handle inward and outward material transactions.
- Maintain stock registers and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (POs), Sales Orders (SOs), delivery challans, invoices, and other store-related documents.
- Enter and maintain records in Tally ERP.
- Verify received materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team for replenishment.
- Maintain proper documentation for all material movements.
- Coordinate with production, sales, and accounts departments.
- Perform regular stock verification and inventory audits.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials.
- Generate inventory and stock reports as required by management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in store or inventory management.
- Good working knowledge of Tally ERP.
- Experience creating Purchase Orders (POs) and Sales Orders (SOs).
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and store documentation.
- Familiarity with various materials, components, and spare parts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain accurate records.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environment is preferred.
