The Role
We're looking for a hungry, creative, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the person behind the curtain — managing our clients' LinkedIn and Instagram presence, engaging their audiences, and helping build the kind of social media momentum that drives real business results.
This is not a "schedule posts and disappear" job. You'll be actively involved in conversations, community building, and helping clients show up professionally and consistently online.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day LinkedIn and Instagram activity for multiple clients
- Create, schedule, and publish content aligned with each client's brand voice and strategy
- Engage with comments, DMs, and community interactions in a timely and professional manner
- Research trending topics, hashtags, and content formats relevant to each client's industry
- Draft captions, post copies, and basic content briefs
- Monitor account performance (reach, engagement, follower growth) and compile weekly/monthly reports
- Coordinate with the internal strategy and design team to keep content pipelines moving
- Support client onboarding by auditing their existing social media presence
- Stay up to date with LinkedIn and Instagram algorithm changes and best practices
What We're Looking For
- 0–1 year of experience (freshers welcome — attitude matters more than a resume)
- Genuine interest in social media, digital marketing, or content creation
- Strong written communication skills in English — you know how to write for different tones and audiences
- Good understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram as platforms (not just as a user, but as a marketer)
- Organised, reliable, and able to juggle multiple clients without dropping the ball
- Basic familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or any scheduling tool is a plus
- A portfolio, personal account, or any proof of content work — even personal projects — is appreciated
