We are looking for a trained and responsible individual to manage day-to-day operations at the foot scan center, including 3D foot scanning, custom insole molding, patient handling, and dispatch coordination. The role requires technical understanding, attention to detail, and customer interaction skills.
Key Responsibilities1. Foot Scanning & Assessment
- Perform 3D foot scanning using KINETiQ scanning system
- Assist in basic foot posture analysis (flat foot, high arch, pronation, etc.)
- Guide patients/clients during scanning process
- Ensure accurate data capture and proper record saving
2. Custom Insole Molding & Preparation
- Prepare custom insoles based on scan output and doctor/clinical guidelines
- Heat molding / shaping insoles using approved methods (heat gun / external heating system)
- Hand finishing and fitting adjustments as required
- Ensure anatomical accuracy and quality finishing before delivery
3. Patient Handling & Consultation Support
- Explain basic procedure to customers in simple language
- Maintain professional behavior and patient comfort
- Coordinate with doctors/footcare experts when required
- Support trial fitting and final insole fitting
4. Dispatch & Inventory Management
- Pack completed insoles securely for shipping
- Maintain dispatch records (name, phone, order ID, tracking)
- Coordinate courier pickups and daily shipment log
- Track incoming/outgoing stock (insoles, materials, packaging)
5. Center Operations (Daily Work)
- Maintain cleanliness and setup of scanning station
- Handle appointment flow and walk-in management
- Basic reporting of daily scans, orders, and dispatch
- Support billing entry and record keeping
- Ensure machine care (clean glass, no scratches, safe usage)
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
