Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee project execution and maintenance activities across store and project locations. The role involves site supervision, coordination with contractors and vendors, progress monitoring, and ensuring the timely completion of works while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate project and maintenance activities at various sites.
- Conduct site measurements and prepare progress and completion reports.
- Monitor civil, electrical, plumbing, interior, and branding works to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, landlords, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure quality standards, safety procedures, and project timelines are maintained.
- Track project progress and verify completed works before closure.
- Report site updates, challenges, and progress to the concerned stakeholders.
- Assist in resolving site-related issues and ensure uninterrupted workflow.
Qualifications & Experience
- ITI/Diploma in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or any relevant technical trade.
- 1–4 years of experience in site supervision, maintenance, or project execution.
- Basic knowledge of civil, electrical, plumbing, and interior works.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and stakeholders effectively.
- Willingness to travel extensively to project and store locations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
