About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with 1+ year of professional experience in frontend and backend development.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Next.js, React.js, and NestJS and be comfortable developing scalable web applications, integrating APIs, working with databases, and taking ownership of assigned development tasks.
We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who can work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
- Build responsive and high-performance frontend applications using Next.js and React.js.
- Develop backend services and APIs using NestJS.
- Design, develop, and integrate REST APIs.
- Work with PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases.
- Contribute to database architecture and system design.
- Develop responsive interfaces using HTML5 and CSS3.
- Build new features, modules, and applications from scratch.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise existing applications.
- Ensure code quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver technical solutions.
- Take ownership of assigned development tasks and meet project timelines.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1+ year of professional Full Stack Development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Next.js and React.js.
- Working experience with NestJS.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB.
- Good understanding of REST API development and integration.
- Understanding of database architecture and system design.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Graduation year must be 2022 or earlier.
- Must be comfortable with Work From Office in Bangalore.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience building applications or products from scratch.
- Strong exposure to both frontend and backend development.
- Ability to independently handle development tasks.
- Startup/product development experience is preferred.
- Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset.
- Candidates who can join within a short notice period will be preferred.
Compensation
₹4 – ₹4.5 LPA
Final compensation will depend on the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and interview performance.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
