HR Recruiter
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying top talent, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for candidates. If you have strong communication skills, a passion for talent acquisition, and experience in recruitment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
Source and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds with hiring managers.
Schedule and manage candidate interviews and follow-ups.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Coordinate offer rollouts, salary discussions, and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment databases, trackers, and hiring reports.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Skills
Experience in bulk hiring and lateral hiring.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
