Key Responsibilities
✓ Design and implement scalable data pipelines in Azure
✓ Utilize Azure services for data ingestion and processing
✓ Collaborate with data scientists to provide data solutions
✓ Ensure data quality and compliance with governance standards
✓ Develop and implement advanced machine learning models
✓ Create and maintain time series forecasting models
✓ Perform feature engineering and selection
✓ Build and optimize classical and deep learning models
✓ Create compelling data visualizations and reports
✓ Implement version control best practices for model development
Required Skills and Qualifications
✓ Python and Git
✓ Time Series modelling (univariate / multivariate)
✓ Supervised and Un-Supervised modelling
✓ Data Curation, Visualization and Governance
✓ Framework – PyTorch/TensorFlow
✓ Statistical analysis and Hypothesis testing
✓ Azure Data Factory and Databricks
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
✓ Experience with Azure ML
✓ Knowledge of CI/CD practices
✓ Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
✓ Experience with MLOps practices
✓ Knowledge of distributed computing
✓ Experience with real-time data processing
✓ Familiarity with API development
Good to Have
✓ Experience with NLP or computer vision projects.
✓ Certifications in AWS, Azure, or GCP are a plus.
✓ Experiment with latest advancements in Data Science tools, platforms, and methodologies.
✓ Mentor peers and junior members and handle multiple projects at the same time.
✓ Engage in peer review processes and present research findings at esteemed ML/AI conferences such as NIPS, ICML, AAAI and COLT.
✓ Participate and speak at various external forums such as research conferences and technical summits.
✓ Promote and support company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
✓ Understanding of modern data architecture patterns, including the Lambda and Kappa architectures.
✓ Published research papers in machine learning or data science.
✓ Contributions to open-source projects.
