Job Summary:
Le Château is looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to manage housekeeping operations at a premium private residence in Bengaluru. The candidate must supervise the housekeeping team while also assisting them with daily housekeeping duties whenever required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily work of housekeeping staff
- Work alongside the housekeeping team when required
- Ensure the residence is maintained to high cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Inspect bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchens and other household spaces
- Prepare daily cleaning schedules and allocate duties to staff
- Monitor laundry, linen care and household supplies
- Train and guide housekeeping staff on proper cleaning procedures
- Maintain cleaning equipment and control the use of cleaning materials
- Report maintenance issues and household requirements promptly
- Ensure staff follow hygiene, grooming and professional conduct standards
- Coordinate with the house manager, family members and other household staff
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Team Leader
- Experience in a private residence, luxury home, hotel or hospitality environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, laundry and home maintenance
- Ability to supervise and motivate a housekeeping team
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Professional appearance, discipline and attention to detail
- Must be willing to work in Bengaluru
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
