Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across various clients. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, addressing any issues that arise, and continuously improving the application through maintenance and enhancements. You will engage in problem-solving activities and contribute to the overall success of the projects you are involved in, ensuring that the applications meet the required standards and client expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Drupal. - Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices. - Experience with PHP and MySQL for backend development. - Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Ability to work with version control systems like Git. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Drupal. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
