Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Executive – Real Estate (PropTech) responsible for generating sales through property listings, client acquisition, and relationship management. The role involves working with property owners, brokers, developers, and buyers to drive revenue and ensure effective utilization of digital property platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with property owners, brokers, and developers to generate new business opportunities
- Promote property listing packages, subscription plans, and lead generation services
- Handle client enquiries and ensure timely follow-ups to convert leads into sales
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive renewals and repeat business
- Achieve monthly sales targets, revenue goals, and conversion metrics
- Maintain accurate data of clients, leads, and sales activities in CRM systems
- Upsell and cross-sell additional services to maximize revenue
Preferred Experience:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in real estate sales, property portals, or PropTech platforms (e.g., 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, NoBroker, etc.)
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven mindset with target orientation
- Good negotiation and convincing ability
- Ability to handle multiple clients and follow-ups
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
