You support our team as
- Lead the GBT India Sales team of 10+ members, providing with strategic and operational guidance.
- Drive achievement of annual sales forecasts for Klüber and OKS brands.
- Ensure effective implementation of the Global Business Team (GBT) strategy in alignment with
- strategic initiatives with global vertical GBT-x heads
- Responsible for improving and sustaining gross margin performance across the region.
- Promote business development through a value-selling approach and innovative solution.
- Inspire, guide, and support team members and channel partners as needed.
- Organize and oversee customer engagement initiatives such as seminars and Tech Days.
- Champion operational excellence with a focus on product innovations, energy efficiency, sustainability,
- digitization, and future-oriented projects.
- Mentor and develop team members, with special focus on talents, to build a high-performing, growthoriented
- workforce.
- Graduate Engineer, preferably Mechanical / Automotive Engineer +MBA with Minimum 15+ years of experience of selling lubricants preferred
- Minimum 5 years of leading highly skilled/
