Raga on the Ganges, a premier boutique resort located in the serene surroundings of Byasi, Rishikesh, is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and guest-centric Front Office Manager. As the face of our resort, you will lead the front office team to deliver flawless guest experiences, manage daily operations seamlessly, and uphold our high standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Oversee, train, and mentor front desk executives, bell desk staff, and concierge teams to ensure exceptional service.
- Guest Relations: Greet VIP guests, handle complex guest queries, and resolve any complaints swiftly to maintain high satisfaction scores.
- Operations Management: Manage check-in/check-out processes, room assignments, and billing procedures efficiently.
- Inventory & Revenue: Maximize room occupancy and revenue through effective upselling and close coordination with the sales and reservations teams.
- Inter-departmental Coordination: Work closely with Housekeeping, F&B, and Security teams to ensure a smooth stay for all guests.
- Reports & Compliance: Maintain accurate daily logs, guest feedback reports, and financial transactions.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in front office operations, specifically within premium resorts or luxury hotels.
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality Administration is preferred.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong leadership qualities, and proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Joining Availability: Immediate Joiner preferred.
