Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students in selecting suitable technical and professional training programs. The candidate will be responsible for understanding students' career goals, explaining course offerings, handling enquiries, and supporting the admissions process.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and working professionals on suitable CADD Centre courses based on their educational background and career goals.
- Understand students' requirements and recommend appropriate courses and career pathways.
- Explain course curriculum, duration, fees, certification, career opportunities, and placement support.
- Handle enquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, counselling interactions, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
- Coordinate with trainers and the centre team to provide accurate course-related information.
- Conduct student engagement activities, seminars, career counselling sessions, and promotional activities when required.
- Maintain good relationships with students and ensure a positive admission experience.
- Stay updated on CADD Centre courses, industry requirements, and career opportunities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
