Job Description:
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice quality vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance
- Heading Quality Assurance, Supplier’s Development and Customer Support
- Communicate to the top management on quality related issues, non-conformities and audit reports and initiate necessary corrective action and preventive action
- Handling Incoming Quality, In process Quality, Supplier’s Issues and to ensure final product Quality
- Preparation & updating of Sops, Work Instructions, Forms, check lists,
- Process Control & Rejection Control
- Support the implementation of product revisions and new product development
Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, or a related field.
- 12–20 years of experience in Textile Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
- Strong knowledge of textile manufacturing processes, quality systems, and testing standards.
- Experience in handling customer audits and quality certifications.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and other quality improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
