We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy and Inventory Manager to join our team. The role combines pharmacy operations with store management responsibilities, ensuring smooth dispensing of medicines and efficient inventory control.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense prescribed medications accurately and counsel patients on proper usage.
- Maintain and update pharmacy records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage stock of medicines, consumables, and medical supplies.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure timely procurement.
- Monitor expiry dates and maintain proper storage conditions.
- Coordinate with vendors for purchase orders and billing.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance in the pharmacy and store area.
- Support doctors and staff with required medicines and consumables.
Requirements
- Educational qualification in pharmacy preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in pharmacy/store management will be an advantage.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
