Corporater is a global enterprise software company helping large organizations manage governance, performance, risk, compliance, and business processes through a connected business management platform.
As we continue to evolve our global product, Corporater India is building a strong Product Engineering organization focused on scalable, high-quality product development and customer outcomes.
We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our growing Product Design team and work closely with our Product Engineering teams across multiple strategic products.
You will design intuitive, modern experiences for complex enterprise applications, helping customers understand and manage sophisticated business processes, workflows, notifications, and configuration experiences.
This is a hands-on product design role where you will contribute across the full design lifecycle—from understanding customer problems and exploring solutions through interaction design, visual design, prototyping, usability validation, and collaboration with engineering.
You will work closely with Product Managers, engineers, Tech Leads, and other design stakeholders to shape not only how our products look, but how customers experience and use them.
Design intuitive, modern, and consistent experiences for complex enterprise applications.
Translate customer and business problems into clear user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
Design web application experiences including forms, tables, filters, settings, configuration screens, workflows, and dashboards.
Create interactive prototypes in Figma to explore and validate design solutions.
Design complete experiences including empty, loading, success, and error states—not just the ideal user journey.
Contribute to the evolution and modernization of our products and user experiences.
Adopt and contribute to Corporater's design system and component library.
Help maintain consistency in components, patterns, design tokens, and interaction behaviours across products.
Work with engineers to ensure design fidelity and understand implementation trade-offs.
Contribute to design reviews and help raise UX/UI standards across the organization.
Consider accessibility, usability, responsiveness, and inclusive design in your solutions.
Partner with Product Managers throughout discovery, solution design, and delivery.
Work closely with frontend and backend engineers to develop practical, high-quality solutions.
Bring multiple design options and clearly communicate the rationale and trade-offs behind your recommendations.
Participate in customer conversations and usability sessions when appropriate.
Test designs with users, gather feedback, and iterate based on real-world insights.
Balance customer needs, business objectives, technical feasibility, and simplicity.
3+ years of professional UX/UI or Product Design experience.
Strong experience designing web-based and/or complex enterprise applications.
Strong proficiency in Figma and high-fidelity prototyping.
Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, interaction design, and user-centred design.
Strong visual design skills with attention to detail, consistency, hierarchy, typography, and spacing.
Experience designing complex workflows, forms, tables, configuration screens, or similar enterprise experiences.
Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Ability to take a problem from discovery through design, validation, and engineering handoff.
A portfolio demonstrating design thinking, problem-solving, interaction design, and visual quality.
Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
Experience with design tokens and design-system documentation.
Experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, or other research activities.
Knowledge of WCAG and accessibility principles.
Experience designing for international or right-to-left (RTL) experiences.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic web development concepts.
Experience with AI-assisted design and prototyping tools.
Experience designing enterprise SaaS products.
Experience with workflow, BPMN, process management, or business applications.
We are building self-organising Product Teams, not order-taking design teams.
We look for designers who:
Start with the customer/business problem rather than jumping directly to a solution.
Explore multiple design approaches and explain the rationale and trade-offs.
Participate in discovery before the solution is finalized.
Challenge scope, priorities, and design decisions constructively.
Work collaboratively with Product and Engineering rather than designing in isolation.
Take ownership of the quality of the experience and drive improvements proactively.
Are curious about how customers actually use the product and are willing to validate assumptions with users.
Share knowledge, provide constructive feedback, and help raise design standards across the organization.
