About the Company: Winners Institute of Communicative English is a reputed language training institution dedicated to enhancing English communication skills among learners across Tamil Nadu. We focus on delivering quality training and personality development programs that empower students to communicate confidently and effectively.
Position Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Communicative English Trainers who have good command over the English language and a passion for teaching. The selected candidates will undergo a 21-day training program before deployment.
Qualifications: Any degree (graduates from any discipline can apply) Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) Passion for teaching and interacting with learners Willingness to relocate as per company requirements
Training Details: Duration: 21 days Stipend: No stipend during training Fee: No training fee (training is free of cost) Facilities: Free accommodation and food during training Job Details: Position: Communicative English Trainer Contract Period: 2 years Salary: ₹15,000 per month (subject to increase based on performance) Accommodation: Provided free of cost during the job period Food: To be arranged by the employee Posting: Initial posting will be approximately 250 km away from the candidate’s hometown for the first year Relocation: Possible in the second year based on performance and availability
Additional Information: Candidates must submit their original certificates at the time of joining. If the candidate clears any Government Examination during the contract period, they will be permitted to relieve from the job.
