- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Follow up on all inquiry leads received from walk-ins, websites, social media, campaigns, and referrals.
- Schedule showroom visits and test-drive appointments.
- Track customer interest and update lead status in the CRM system.
- Ensure timely closure of pending inquiries.
- Collect customer feedback regarding showroom visits, test drives, and vehicle deliveries.
- Address basic customer concerns and escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Update CRM software with call details, follow-up schedules, and customer remarks.
- Assist the sales team in achieving inquiry-to-booking conversion targets.
- Inform customers about ongoing offers, exchange programs, finance schemes, and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly call reports.
- Share lead conversion and appointment reports with management.
Pay: ₹10,000.87 - ₹15,000.14 per month
