Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Expert with proven expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising, and Social Media Optimization (SMO). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility, drive qualified traffic, and improve conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Duties
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify ranking opportunities
- Perform on-page optimization (meta tags, headings, content, internal linking, URL structure)
- Manage off-page optimization and quality link-building campaigns
- Carry out technical SEO audits (site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawlability, indexing)
- Optimize website content in line with search engine algorithms and best practices
- Monitor, analyze, and report on organic traffic, rankings, and KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs
PPC Duties
- Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and display networks
- Conduct keyword bidding, budget allocation, and bid management
- Write compelling ad copy and design effective landing page strategies
- Perform A/B testing to improve click-through and conversion rates
- Monitor campaign performance, ROI, and adjust strategies to maximize results
- Manage remarketing and shopping campaigns
SMO Duties
- Develop and execute social media optimization strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube)
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging social media content
- Plan and run paid social media advertising campaigns
- Grow followers, engagement, and brand presence organically
- Monitor social media trends, analytics, and audience insights
- Manage online reputation and community engagement
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or related field
- 2+ years of proven experience in SEO, PPC, and SMO
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) preferred
- Google Ads / Analytics certification is an advantage
- Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
