Job Summary
The Social Media Management Executive is responsible for managing the showroom's online presence across various social media platforms, increasing brand awareness, engaging with customers, promoting products and offers, and driving showroom footfall through creative digital marketing activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
- Manage and update social media accounts daily (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content.
- Maintain a consistent brand image across all platforms.
- Monitor social media trends and implement new ideas.
Content Creation
- Capture showroom photos and videos.
- Create reels, stories, posts, banners, and promotional content.
- Coordinate with showroom teams for product showcases and campaigns.
- Develop content calendars for festivals, promotions, and special events.
Customer Engagement
- Respond to customer comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
- Engage with followers and improve customer interaction.
- Monitor customer feedback and escalate issues when required.
Marketing & Promotions
- Promote new arrivals, discounts, festive collections, and special offers.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and brand-building activities.
- Coordinate influencer marketing and collaboration activities.
Performance Monitoring
- Track social media performance metrics.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on engagement, reach, and follower growth.
- Analyze campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing is preferred.

Working Conditions

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
