This is a senior individual contributor role with light people management — you’ll own the strategy and execution of our organic search, content, and paid acquisition programs, and mentor the junior executive working alongside you. We’re looking for a T-shaped operator who can move between an SEO technical audit, a content strategy doc, and a Google Ads bidding review in the same day, and make each of them sharper than the last.
You won’t get a playbook handed to you. You’ll build it. What you will get is clear targets, budget ownership, and the autonomy to make the calls.
