We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Solar Technician to join our growing renewable energy team. The ideal candidate will assist with the installation, maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems for residential and commercial projects.
Responsibilities
- Install solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, and related electrical components.
- Perform routine maintenance and system inspections.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot solar system performance issues.
- Ensure installations comply with safety standards and company procedures.
- Assist with site surveys and project execution.
- Maintain accurate service and installation records.
- Coordinate effectively with project managers and team members.
Requirements
- ITI, Diploma, or relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and solar PV systems.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
- Good problem-solving and teamwork skills.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
- Freshers with technical aptitude are welcome to apply.
